In fact, we're so confident that you will be a satisfied customer, that if you are not satisfied with our services, we will refund our closing fee to you. All that we ask is that you send us a written request within thirty days of your closing for the refund which identifies why you were not a satisfied customer so that we can better improve our services.
MEET OUR TEAM
Chad N. Davis has over twenty-four (24) years of experience in the real estate industry. Chad grew up in Enid, Oklahoma and went to school at Pioneer High School. He then earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma in 2000. During this time he has worked for numerous Oil and Gas Companies; including Devon Energy Corporation and Union Pacific Resources Company. In 2003, while working at Devon Energy, he met his wife, Tera Davis. In the same year he earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma and passed the bar later that year. After graduating, Chad initially practiced with the Gungoll, Jackson law firm for several years until he started his own law office in 2006. He continues to practice law in the areas of Real Estate, Personal Injury, and Estate Planning.
In 2014, he began a real estate title company. Heritage Title of Oklahoma LLC is headquartered in Enid, however, it is authorized to conduct real estate transactions throughout Oklahoma. Chad is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Garfield County Bar Association, an Affiliate Member with the Northwest Oklahoma Association of Realtors. He also holds a title insurance license, and is an approved title examiner for WFG National Title Insurance Company, American Eagle Title Insurance Company, and First American.
He is proud to call Enid, Oklahoma home. He has a local radio show called Real Estate Today. It airs on KGWA 960 AM on Saturdays at 1:05 p.m. He has participated in Enid Ambucs as well as numerous other civic organizations.
Previously a Burleson, TX native, Lauren currently lives in Waukomis, OK with her husband Jason of 13 years and their two children, Carly and Dane.
She has been in the real estate business through working as a legal assistant for Chad Davis for the last 13 years and escrow closer for the last 4 years. Lauren is responsible for title searches and closing real estate transactions, among other duties. In addition to providing great service, she is also mobile and has the flexibility to provide closings at a time and location that makes things convenient for our customers.
She enjoys working in the yard, going to the gym, as well as traveling when there's a moment to do so.
Alicia Hughes leads Heritage Title to success with every closing. She is a Lahoma native who pursued a career in the real estate business in 2020, after spending 15 years in accounting. She is excited to help support the growth and development of Heritage Title. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching baseball, and traveling.
Laura Roberts has spent the last 3 years with Heritage Title as an Escrow Closer. Prior to working for Heritage title, she was in law enforcement. Laura takes pride in relaying correct information amongst buyers and sellers to keep files moving towards the closing table. When she isn't at the office you can find her by the pool or at the lake with her granddaughter, Marlee.
A native of Alva, Delinda McFarland has spent the last 38 years in the Ponca City area with the last 9 years working in Real Estate as an office administrator.
Delinda works at the Ponca City office and is excited to build relationships and the growth of Heritage Title. Delinda looks forward to assisting sellers and buyers in making their transactions move smoothly through the process and all parties in the transaction are satisfied.
When out of the office you can find Delinda and her husband, John, attending grandchildren’s activities, at the lake, traveling, gardening, and church activities.
