What to bring to closing day?
VALID PHOTO IDENTIFICATION
Two forms of identification are required at closing, including one of the following:
Valid U.S. driver's license or State Issued ID
Military ID
Current United States Passport
Other forms of second ID
Insurance Card
Concealed Carry License
Hunting License
Credit/Debit Card
Social Security Card
CERTIFIED FUNDS VIA WIRE TRANSFER OR CASHIER'S CHECK
In the event you are required to bring funds to closing, please make sure to have the exact amount needed. (This can be found on your Final Closing Disclosure or Alta Settlement Statement).

If you will be bringing a cashier's check, please make it payable to Heritage Title of Oklahoma, LLC.
ALL PERSON WHO HOLD TITLE TO PROPERTY OR WHO WILL BE PURCHASING THE PROPERTY
MUST ATTEND CLOSING TO SIGN DOCUMENTS
State specific laws require the spouse of the parties on the title, even though their names does not appear on the deed or mortgage, to sign certain documents. If anyone is unable to attend closing, contact us to arrange a power of attorney or authorization to be signed by that party prior to closing.
KEYS TO HOME, GARAGE DOOR OPENERS, AND LOCK CODES
Sellers, after closing, the home will legally be the buyer's property. Thus, you will need to give them all the keys, door openers, and codes you have so the buyers can begin moving into their new home.
KNOW WHERE TO GO
Finally, make sure you know when and where closing will take place. If you have a real estate agent, they should give you that information. If you are a FSBO, you can contact us at 580-597-5200 to set up a closing day and time.
Heritage Title's address is 217 N. Independence, Enid, OK 73701. We are across the street from Callahan's Pub and next door to the Gas Light Theater. Our parking lot entrance is off of Maple street, so you will enter off of Maple and loop around the building until the parking comes to a dead end.
